Genesis 10:7-10

⁷The sons of Cush:

Seba,^(A) Havilah,^(B) Sabtah, Raamah^(C) and Sabteka.

The sons of Raamah:

Sheba^(D) and Dedan.^(E)

⁸Cush was the father^[a] of Nimrod,^(F) who became a mighty warrior on the earth. ⁹He was a mighty^(G) hunter^(H) before the Lord; that is why it is said, “Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before the Lord.” ¹⁰The first centers of his kingdom were Babylon,^(I) Uruk,^(J) Akkad and Kalneh,^(K) in^[b] Shinar.^[c]^(L)
